Spring is in the Air- This week on the Farm

The weather is finally turning warmer and the trees are budding.  Spring is finally here.

We hope to have dealt with the last of the freezing temperatures.  Although, we did learn so much through the last two cold icy snowy winters on what we need and didnt have and how to care and protect everyone on the farm.  It was a live and learn process.

We are now  ready for warmer weather and watching the new chicks and ducklings grow and begin learning how to lay.  0413161118b.jpg

This week we will begin prepping and planting our garden.

We will also begin working on the pool to get it opened.

Each season has it’s busyness but at least in Spring you dont have to layer to walk out the door.
